Both father and mother are advised to supply the school with a current mobile phone number. SMS contact is invaluable for many obvious reasons. Parents shall provide the contact number to Principal of respective campus. Father shall contact with the Administration office of campus.
First aid is provided for minor injuries but parents will be contacted when the injury or illness requires further attention. Parents are encouraged to keep sick children at home for proper care.

Islamic brothers can submit the donations to Intizami Umoor Zimmedar (administration in-charge) of the campus. Islamic sisters can submit the donations to Principal (Nazima) of campus.
Dar-ul-Madinah conducts parent-teacher meetings after in which Parents are informed about the progress of their Madani children.
